My Kohler generator was having "issues"! It would not start. I called Richland Home Power, talked with Jeramie and described what was happening. Jeramie said, "I will send my son, Lucas, over. He is certified to work on Kohler generators."
Lucas thoroughly cleaned the generator, identified the problem and has the generator up and running. This young man (and he IS young; yes, he is old enough to drive, I asked him!) takes great pride in his work. I could see the sense of accomplishment in his face and eyes when the generator was performing as it should. The grin from ear to ear was priceless.
Before Lucas left, we talked briefly about the generator and he answered my questions. He was very polite and treated me with respect.
Definitely recommend Richland Home Power for your generator needs.

In spite of many delays, including my switch from a 11KW to a 18KW unit, it was finished in record time.
During the purchase/installation, I decided to upgrade from 100amp service to 200amp due to the purchase of an electric car. All is well and I heard it operating during its periodic checks today. I checked to see if power was out in the neighborhood as there was no change in electrical service - not a blink.
I hope I never have to use it.
